Following geothermal drilling by Gürelman Jeotermal Ltd. Şti. in 2017, Grand Yazıcı Club Turban Hotel became Marmaris’ first hotel to obtain thermal spa status and open to winter tourism with Aquahemithea®.

Today, the Provincial Directorate of Health inspected AquaHemithea in the outdoor pool at Grand Yazıcı as part of the operating permit process, and the thermal water met the inspection requirements.
